Mr. Selfish and I ate a great deal of bread and pastries while in Paris. We searched long and hard for delicious baguettes and croissants in particular. However, the Eric Kayser bakeries were consistently good – not the best but always delicious.
There are 18 Eric Kayser stores in Paris but 80 stores worldwide. Mr. Selfish and I will certainly be looking for Eric Kayser stores in our travels. He is after all the ambassador of French bread to the world. Now for some shots of us enjoying Eric Kayser.
